Tyler Technology Page
Technology at Tyler includes many exciting resources and activities. Technology enriched learning experiences are an everyday component of instructional practices in classrooms and throughout our school. Instructional topics are directly related to classroom curriculum and support grade level objectives.
Tyler has a variety of technology tools available to teachers and students, including classroom computer centers, a computer lab, mobile laptop carts, printers and scanners, interactive smart boards, and digital cameras. Equipment is available for all staff members to enhance instructional experiences for students. The Instructional Technology Resource Teacher supports school-wide technology integration, professional training of teachers and staff, collaborative planning and teaching, and direct instruction of students in classroom and computer lab settings.
Volunteers are always welcomed and appreciated in the computer lab. Please feel free to contact your child’s classroom teacher if you are interested in volunteering. No advanced technology skills required, just a willingness to share in the fun!
